Eros Teboni discovered his passion for wine in his family’s wine shop, Enotria, in Brennero. After studying oenology and earning his sommelier diploma in 2011, he gained international experience in luxury hotels and fine dining before founding his own wine consulting company in Italy in 2017. Today, he works across Europe in consulting, events, and wine education, sharing his expertise and the stories behind exceptional wines.
