My name is Eros Teboni, born in 1990, and my passion for wine is deeply rooted in my personal and family history. I took my first steps in this extraordinary world at Enotria, my family’s wine shop in Brennero, where I learned to recognize and appreciate the beauty hidden in every bottle. After completing my studies in oenology, I earned my sommelier diploma in 2011, officially beginning my professional journey. The desire to explore new cultures and expand my skills led me abroad, where I worked as a sommelier in high-end hotels and fine dining restaurants. In 2017, I returned to Italy and founded my first company, specializing in wine consulting, education, and team-building services for the hospitality industry and wineries.

In 2018, I competed in the prestigious WSA “Best Sommelier of the World” contest, where I had the honor of being recognized as the World’s Best Sommelier. Another milestone followed in 2021, when I was awarded the title of Best Sommelier of Italy. Today, my work spans across Europe, encompassing consulting, event organization, and education in the wine industry. Through these projects, I strive to share the stories of unique places, remarkable people, and exceptional wines, bringing my expertise to those eager to explore the vast and fascinating universe of wine.

A recall program is a safety net that prevents consumers from obtaining an adulterated or potentially harmful product

In the case of a recall, a team structure has to be in place to make sure that all clients can be reached quickly to remove all compromised products from the market

PCP’S

A PCP is a Preventative Control Program.

A preventative control program is assuring that pre-qualifications, certifications, labels & guarantees concerning the imported products are put in place to make sure the exporter meets all Canadian regulations.

Standardisation

When we have reached a production of at least 250 Kg per month of a certain product we can envision working with certified manufacturers to help with a standardized production.
